We are equipped with the newest and state-of-the-art sheet bending presses manufactured by the Dutch company SafanDarley. The CNC programmable control of the machines allows the production of complex workpieces with extreme precision and repeatability. The ability to program the bending angle and control it during the process itself ensures uniform quality in the machining of all workpieces in large series.
We are equipped with machines enabling all types of welding - MIG, TIG, LASER. We also have available machines for robot welding.
Powder painting is the process of spraying powder paint onto surfaces prepared in advance, after which the product is placed in a high-temperature heated oven for baking. The powder paint polymerizes, becoming a robust and durable coating. The powder-polymer coating is characterized by high protection against chemicals, corrosion and injury. Powder coating remains the preferred and reliable method for protecting workpieces, assemblies and mechanisms operating outdoors or in aggressive environments.
